Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients. You will diagnose incidents, resolve issues, and maintain service levels by following established procedures and using knowledge articles.

You will work remotely with a global client base, collaborating with IT environments and vendors to ensure fast restoration of services and accurate documentation of all actions taken.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/CCNA) encouraged.
• Entry-level experience in networking and remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow the support process per procedures.
• Diagnose incidents remotely using service tools and create reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and track progress to resolution.
• Update configuration items and maintain accurate records.
