NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support and resolve incidents for clients. The role emphasizes restoring services quickly, following procedures, and maintaining records across CIs and ticketing systems.

Ideal candidates have basic networking knowledge (routing, switching, Wireless) and entry-level vendor certifications. Remote work is possible, with collaboration across client IT environments and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Operates in region and provides remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents.
• Maintains service delivery records and ensures SLAs are met.
• Interacts with users, staff and suppliers to investigate problems and apply fixes.
