Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to operate in the region and provide professional remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents, ensuring SLA adherence and rapid restoration of services.

You will use service assurance tools, log incidents, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver fault diagnosis, escalation when needed, and documented resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems; collects performance statistics and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out agreed maintenance tasks.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains relevant records.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
