Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents. You will operate regionally, follow established procedures, and work to meet SLAs while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

As an entry-level engineer, you will gain experience in vendor technologies (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba), service assurance tools, and remote diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/etc.).
• Entry level knowledge of networking technologies and remote support.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Investigate, diagnose, and escalate issues following procedures.
• Maintain and update configuration items and service records.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure SLA achievement.
• Log incidents timely and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
