Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients. You will identify and resolve incidents, restore service, and ensure SLA compliance while coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting using service assurance tools, documenting resolutions, and applying knowledge articles to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and resolve incidents to meet SLA.
• Operate using service assurance software and tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Maintain knowledge articles and update systems, portals and ticketing tools as required.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure resolution.
