NTT DATA in Madrid is recruiting a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support and resolve incidents for clients in the region. This entry-level role focuses on restoring service quickly and maintaining SLA compliance.

You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and RiverBed technologies, using knowledge articles and support tools to diagnose and fix issues while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

Formación

• Entry level knowledge of networking technologies and concepts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications preferred (CCNA/JNCIA/ACMA etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Operate in the region and provide remote technical support to clients.
• Identify and resolve technical incidents to meet SLAs.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and report findings.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and track progress to resolution.
• Maintain accurate configuration and change records for CIs.
• Communicate clearly with clients and cross-functional teams.
