Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support and incident resolution for clients. You will operate in-region to restore services and maintain SLA compliance.

Responsibilites include monitoring service delivery, using knowledge bases, and coordinating with vendors and staff to resolve issues while maintaining accurate records and configuration data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or computing.
• Associate level networking certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA).
• Entry-level networking & remote support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify incidents.
• Operate service assurance tools to diagnose and report issues.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate with teams to resolve.
