NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, diagnosing incidents and driving resolutions. The role focuses on pre-emptive actions, maintaining incident records and ensuring adherence to service level agreements across regional clients.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computing and associate networking certifications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing fields.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry-level knowledge of vendor technologies and remote console architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the support process and handle requests per procedures.
• Use service tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following defined procedures.
• Perform defined maintenance tasks and update knowledge articles.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and document incidents.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide service recovery and document resolved incidents.
