Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves incidents following agreed procedures.
• Remote investigation and root-cause analysis of incidents; advises on remedies.
