Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Operate using service assurance tools and maintain incident records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain configuration item records and protect assets from unauthorized changes.
