NTT DATA is seeking an entry‑level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support, identify incidents, and drive resolutions while maintaining service levels for clients in a global environment.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting using vendor technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed) and collaborating with client IT environments, vendors, and team members to ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Use service assurance software and tools to investigate and diagnose problems and report on performance.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Carry out maintenance tasks as planned.
• Provide remote technical support to clients and ensure SLA adherence.
• Log incidents with required details and close resolved incidents per procedures.
• Cooperate with stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
