Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver professional remote technical support, identify incidents, and drive resolutions while meeting SLA targets from a remote setting.

You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and RiverBed technologies, perform maintenance tasks, document issues, and collaborate with clients and vendors across regions to ensure reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing or related field
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/F5/CCNA/JNCIA/ACMA)

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and identify incidents
• Diagnose problems using service assurance tools
