Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Associate networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, etc.).
• Entry-level experience with routing, switching, Wireless and remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Use service tools to diagnose, log, and track issues and resolutions.
• Monitor service levels and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to escalate and resolve problems.
