Job summary
NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to operate in-region and deliver professional remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents. The role aims to restore service efficiently, drive incidents to resolution, and ensure SLA adherence across all requests and resolutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
- Associate level certification in Networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
- Entry level experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution.
- Entry level experience providing remote support in Networking technologies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain support processes and handle requests according to procedures.
- Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance tools and report findings.
- Identify and resolve problems following procedures and perform maintenance tasks.
- Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain records.
- Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
- Document and close resolved incidents per procedures.
