NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) in Spain to provide remote technical support and incident resolution for clients, ensuring SLA adherence and timely service recovery. You will work across Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and related technologies, documenting incidents and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems, collects performance stats, and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out agreed maintenance tasks.
• Maintains knowledge articles in incident diagnosis and resolution and assists with updates.
• Records and tracks incidents and service delivery against SLAs.
• Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents according to procedures.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Provides service recovery following incident resolution.
• Documents and closes resolved incidents per procedures.
• Maintains configuration item data and protects assets from unauthorized changes.
• Tracks, logs, and corrects information related to CIs.
• Remotely investigates root causes and helps implement remedies.
• Maintains knowledge of specialisms and provides detailed advice.
• Coordinates with clients and vendors to ensure efficient resolutions.
• Provides updates to clients and systems as prescribed by SOPs.
