NTT DATA in Spain is hiring an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support and incident resolution. You will work across Cisco, Juniper, Aruba environments and coordinate with clients to restore services while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• Entry-level networking knowledge required for diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts and remote support processes.
• Ability to learn and apply vendor documentation and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Follow SLA procedures and update tickets with accurate information.
• Collaborate with vendors and clients to identify root causes.
• Maintain knowledge articles and assist with process improvements.
• Monitor service delivery and escalate when necessary.
