Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and drive resolutions to meet SLA expectations in a remote-capable role.

You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and other vendors, follow documented procedures, log incidents, update knowledge articles, and communicate clearly across cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support follow procedures.
• Investigates and diagnoses problems using service assurance tools and reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures and performs maintenance tasks.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and logs all incidents with detail.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Provides continuous feedback to clients and updates systems and portals.
