Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify incidents, and drive resolutions while maintaining SLA adherence.

You will work across cultures, learn vendor technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Riverbed), and gain hands-on experience in network routing, switching, and troubleshooting in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or computing.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provides remote technical support to clients and resolves incidents.
• Uses service tools to investigate, diagnose problems and report findings.
• Identifies and resolves problems following defined procedures.
• Maintains records and updates knowledge articles as needed.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
