Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join the regional team. This entry‑level role focuses on delivering remote technical support, diagnosing incidents, and restoring service while maintaining SLA commitments.

You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and other vendor technologies, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. You will develop your skills in service assurance, incident management, and knowledge management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operate in region and provide remote technical support to clients; identify and resolve incidents.
• Follow procedures and maintain service assurance processes.
• Use service assurance software/tools to investigate, diagnose, and report issues.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures; perform maintenance tasks.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and colleagues to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
• Document and close resolved incidents per procedures; maintain CI configurations.
