Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identifying and resolving incidents while ensuring zero SLA misses. The role includes USING service assurance tools, documenting incidents, and coordinating with teams and vendors.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in IT/Computing and foundational networking certifications. This is a remote-working position with growth opportunities within a global technology services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains relevant records.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
