Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or a related field.
• Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
• Entry-level experience in Networking technologies and remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support follow procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Investigates causes of incidents and escalates unresolved issues until resolution.
• Remotely investigates incidents and assists with remedies and preventative measures.
• Keeps clients and teams updated; logs incidents and maintains records.
