NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support across regions. You will identify and resolve incidents, monitor service delivery, and maintain accurate records while ensuring adherence to SLAs.

The role emphasizes knowledge of networking basics, collaboration with vendors and teams, and continuous service improvement in a remote working setup.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify/resolving incidents.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and collect performance data.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up to resolution.
