Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and documents incidents.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and tracks resolution.
