Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to operate regionally and provide professional remote technical support to clients. You will identify and resolve incidents to ensure zero missed SLA conditions and contribute to service restoration.

Responsibilities include maintaining support processes, using service assurance tools, and coordinating with vendors as needed. Entry level networking knowledge and CCNA-like certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Entry level knowledge of networking technologies including routing and switching.
• Basic experience in technical support and remote client support.
• Fresh graduates with relevant IT or computing background.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Investigate problems using service assurance tools and document resolutions.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and update tickets and portals.
