Zusammenfassung

Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 across the EMEA region. You will explain complex technical issues to HCP, SUS and FSE, ensuring high-quality service from a remote setting.

You’ll collaborate with global teams, own continuous improvement projects and may provide on-site training abroad. Fluent Portuguese, English and Italian are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with 4+ years experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in capital equipment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Experience with software troubleshooting.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation to resolve customer issues and initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own continuous improvement projects and ensure prompt documentation.
• Remote support focus with occasional on-site training domestically and internationally.
• Work hours 8:00-16:30 CET; on-call 7AM-7PM with rotating coverage.
