NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) in Málaga to provide remote technical support and incident resolution for regional clients. The role focuses on restoring service, following procedures, and documenting actions in ticketing systems.

You will engage with multidisciplinary teams, apply entry-level vendor knowledge (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/Riverbed), and develop fault diagnosis skills while delivering reliable customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Entry-level knowledge of vendor technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Riverbed.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and logs relevant information.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Documents and closes resolved incidents according to procedures.
• Cooperates with stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
