Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) for remote, region-based support. You will identify and resolve technical incidents, drive incidents to resolution, and ensure zero SLA misses by following established procedures and using service assurance tools.

You will work with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba technologies, perform maintenance tasks, log and document incidents, and coordinate with clients and vendors to maintain service continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certs (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and handle requests per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and collect performance data.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Perform defined maintenance tasks and update knowledge articles.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and report deviations.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate remedies with stakeholders.
