Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents in accordance with SLA targets. The role focuses on maintaining service quality and collaboration with client teams.

The position requires foundational networking knowledge and strong communication. You will work with vendor technologies, log and track incidents, update configuration items, and contribute to continuous service

• Good understanding of vendor technologies at entry level.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Investigate problems using service assurance tools and maintain CI records.
• Document and close incidents following procedures and SLA targets.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and teams to expedite resolution.
• Log incidents with appropriate detail and maintain knowledge articles.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field

Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.
