Job summary

NTT DATA in Madrid seeks an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and help restore services in line with SLAs.

You will gain hands-on experience with vendor technologies (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba), learn diagnostic and escalation processes, and collaborate with client IT teams to ensure timely resolutions and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies (Cisco/ Juniper/ Aruba/ F5/ CCNA etc).

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify and resolve incidents.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and document actions.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure SLAs are met.
• Maintain records of incidents and configuration items (CIs).
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and colleagues to expedite resolutions.
• Update ticketing systems and knowledge bases as required.
