Job summary

This role focuses on learning vendor technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed) and developing skills in incident management, problem diagnosis, and customer communication within a diverse, global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or Computing.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/CCNA, etc.).
• Entry level knowledge of networking including routing, switching and wireless.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Use tools to diagnose problems and document resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate configuration records and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with client IT environments, vendors and teams.
