Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead based in Spain. This fully remote role leads PPC and affiliate efforts, mentors a distributed team, and drives performance across multi-channel campaigns.

You will own budgets, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with analytics to improve attribution and profitability, reporting to senior leadership and coordinating with global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Hands-on PPC and affiliate management experience.
• Experience leading or managing a growth/traffic team.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytics skills.
• Experience with multi-channel acquisition and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor PPC and Affiliate Managers to drive accountability and growth.
• Oversee acquisition strategy across PPC and affiliate channels and manage budgets.
• Optimize PPC campaigns, including bidding, targeting, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Negotiate and manage affiliate partnerships; expand traffic sources.
• Develop and test new acquisition channels and forecast performance.
