Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Growth Lead based in Spain to drive growth across product trials, demos, and qualified leads. You will own SEO, paid campaigns, and community engagement, working with Product, Sales, and Content to plan launches and articulate technical value to developers.

You will play a hands-on role, building content, running experiments, and scaling channels with executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B tech startup (Series A/B).
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads and convert top‑funnel interest into trials or demos.
• Strong technical writing to explain complex concepts to developers.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy across organic, paid, content, and communities to drive trials and demos.
• Develop and execute SEO, content, and backlink initiatives to boost developer visibility.
• Manage paid campaigns (Google Search Ads, LinkedIn) with focus on quality and conversions.
• Build presence in developer communities with value-driven contributions.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Content to communicate launches and updates.
• Transform customer stories into credible content that showcases value.
