Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Affiliate Manager to drive growth across Spanish-speaking and LATAM markets from a fully remote setup. You will own affiliate strategy, recruit partners, and lead performance optimization through data-driven insights and quarterly reviews.

You will negotiate commercial terms, develop regional strategies, and expand partnerships with travel and technology sectors while maintaining brand integrity and compliance. A strong English/Spanish skill set is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or related field.
• Must have experience building revenue-generating partnerships across international markets.
• Fluent Spanish (C1) and English (C1) for negotiations and collaboration.
• Experience with affiliate platforms, especially Impact.
• Knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs and performance marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/GA.
• Bachelor-level degree in marketing or related field.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth across Spanish-speaking and LATAM markets.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners and opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of affiliates with tailored account plans and quarterly growth roadmaps.
• Conduct regular strategic meetings with affiliates (QBRs, MBRs) and performance reviews.
• Act as strategic partner to affiliates, aligning with their business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize partner performance using revenue, ROAS, and AOV metrics.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Design revenue acceleration initiatives including campaigns and commission structures.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms to maximize profitability.
• Ensure affiliate activities comply with policies and brand guidelines.
