Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Affiliate Manager in Spain to lead international partnership growth in the iGaming sector. You will manage the full affiliate lifecycle, from onboarding to negotiations, optimizing campaigns and ROI while collaborating with global partners.

The role offers fully remote work, a strong focus on data-driven decision making, and opportunities to shape affiliate strategy across markets with a commercially minded, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in affiliate marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry.
• Experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 iGaming markets.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and scale affiliate partnerships internationally.
• Established network of active affiliate partners is a significant advantage.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher for negotiations with international partners.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and KPI monitoring.
• Experience managing sizable affiliate budgets and evaluating ROI.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate relationship management with partners locally and internationally.
• Identify, onboard, and expand affiliates and networks to grow the portfolio.
• Negotiate terms and optimize commission structures for profitability.
• Monitor traffic quality, campaigns, and KPIs to meet business objectives.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
• Manage budgets and maximize ROI while maintaining traffic quality.
• Contribute to business planning and target achievement for the affiliate team.
• Stay informed on industry developments to drive improvements in partnerships and product performance.
