Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a fast-growing partner company, seeks a Team Lead Dating Media Buying based in Spain. You will oversee high-budget campaigns across multiple traffic sources and geographies, mentoring a team of media buyers in a remote-first environment.

In this role you will develop growth strategies, drive ROI, collaborate with BI, Product, Creative, and external partners, and build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of media buying or performance marketing experience.
• Demonstrated success managing high-spend campaigns and scaling.
• Strong understanding of performance data, campaign metrics, and ROI optimization.
• Ability to develop media buying strategies and translate objectives into plans.
• Leadership experience—managing or mentoring a team.
• Ownership and decision-making under uncertainty with accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with internal/external partners.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Meta, native, and display traffic sources.
• Understanding of CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA pricing.
• Experience with BI tools or dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale high-budget campaigns across multiple traffic sources and geographies.
• Develop growth strategies and test campaigns, funnels, creative angles, traffic sources, and markets.
• Use data-driven insights to guide decisions and optimize outcomes.
• Build relationships with advertising partners and negotiate favorable deals.
• Lead and develop media buyers, set KPIs, and ensure accountability.
• Improve workflows and processes for scalable operations across campaigns and teams.
• Collaborate with BI, Product, and Creative teams to align growth priorities.
• Stay informed on industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
