Job summary

Jobgether SRL, a partner company, is seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer based in Spain to join a growth-focused team for DTC and eCommerce brands. You will own acquisition strategies, optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, and connect paid media performance to business outcomes.

The role emphasizes structured testing, budget management, forecasting, attribution, and full-funnel optimization, with remote work and a clear pathway to broader growth strategy responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Strong experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling large paid budgets with clear commercial impact.
• In-house or brand-side DTC/eCommerce experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of the eCommerce customer journey and KPI drivers: CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads for profitable growth.
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across channels, creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Manage substantial paid media budgets and make data-driven investment decisions aligned with business goals.
• Monitor performance, diagnose inefficiencies, identify growth opportunities, and improve profitability.
• Analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, and payback periods for business impact.
• Link advertising performance to revenue growth, profitability, and P&L outcomes.
• Build forecasts, financial models, and budget recommendations for strategic planning.
• Contribute to attribution, incrementality testing, measurement improvements, and reporting.
• Collaborate with CRO, creative, and growth teams to optimize the entire customer journey.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for founders, clients, and senior stakeholders.
• Participate in strategy sessions and apply growth frameworks for continuous improvement.
• Own performance outcomes and contribute to team development and strategic initiatives.
