Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Integrated Campaign Manager based in Spain to lead the strategy, development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads, build sales pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth.

Working in a fully remote, international environment, you will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product marketing, brand, events, and operations teams to create a seamless buyer journey.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM with ownership of strategy and execution.
• Proven track record of campaigns contributing to pipeline generation, pipeline coverage, and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
• Data-driven with knowledge of attribution, analytics, pipeline measurement and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract prospects and accelerate opportunities.
• Design quarterly campaign plans aligning channels and budgets with pipeline and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, brand, events and operations to ensure consistent messaging.
• Create sales enablement materials and playbooks to convert engagement into meetings.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources and vendors to ensure ROI.
• Monitor performance with analytics and attribution; run A/B testing to improve results.
• Explore AI tools for planning, content creation, personalization and workflow automation.
