SIXT is seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Agent to join its team for the SIXT Share service, working 100% remotely. The role entails handling incoming customer inquiries in Dutch via phone and email, aiming to provide outstanding service and solutions while collecting valuable feedback.

Formación

• Initial experience in customer service is required.
• Fluency in Dutch and English at C1 level or higher.
• Strong communication skills and empathy are essential.
