Responsabilidades
- Assist customers by phone, email, and video around the clock (24/7).
- Guide customers through the entire pick-up process and start their journey.
- Explain processes clearly in video calls and provide reassurance during digital workflows.
- Answer questions about reservations, rentals, and pick-ups; help finalize bookings.
- Review customer data and quickly resolve missing information.
- Collaborate with SIXT stations in multiple countries to ensure smooth mobility.
- Recommend suitable products and services to enhance the rental experience.
