SIXT is seeking a Customer Service professional in Spain to support customers by phone, email, and video around the clock, guiding them through the pick-up process and ensuring a smooth start to their mobility journey.

You will be close to the customer in video calls, explain processes clearly, and reassure customers when digital workflows raise questions. Fluency in German, English, and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Collaborate with SIXT stations across countries to ensure smooth mobility.
