SixT is building a new remote customer service department to support international clients around the clock. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or video, assist with rental processes, verify information, and provide tech support during key pickups.

Fluency in German and English is required; other languages are a plus. You will collaborate with branches globally, promote additional services, and benefit from a flexible remote work model and various employee perks.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
• Assist customers with questions about vehicle rental, pickup, and closing reservations.
• Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
• Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section.
• Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries.
• Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements.
