FH Collective - Academy is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to join a fully remote sales team based in Spain after a short on-site onboarding in Madrid. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing subscriptions, with uncapped commissions on top of a €30,000 base salary.

• Native German speaker.
• English proficient.
• Resident in Spain – mandatory.
• 1–6 years of sales experience in AE/BDR/outbound roles.
• Comfortable performing 80–100 outbound calls daily.
• Strong closing mindset and KPI focus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from contact to subscription close.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert to paying customers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and track KPIs.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline with accurate activity.
• Coordinate handover to Customer Experience team.
