FH Collective Academy is seeking a results-driven German-speaking Account Executive to join our remote sales team in Spain. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing subscriptions, with 80–100 outbound calls per day and uncapped commissions.

This fully remote role requires residency in Spain and strong German and English language skills. Baseline salary is €30,000 gross per year plus performance-based commissions; career progression is clearly defined with a multi-step

Formación

• Native German language required.
• Native or bilingual English.
• Residing in Spain is mandatory.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Background in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales, call centre sales, lead generation or business development.
• Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Target- and KPI-driven; ability to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through the free-trial period and convert to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track KPIs and maintain CRM and pipeline activity.
• Handover to Customer Experience team.
