FH Collective Academy is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to drive full-cycle sales from first contact to closing subscriptions, fully remote in Spain after onboarding in Madrid. The role offers a €30,000 gross yearly base plus uncapped commissions and clear career progression.

Ideal candidates are native/fluent in German with native/bilingual English, reside in Spain, and have 1–6 years of sales experience, including outbound calls and cold calling.

Qualifikationen

• Native/fluent German and native or bilingual English.
• Residence in Spain is mandatory.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience.
• Background in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation or business development.
• Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls per day.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through their free-trial period.
• Convert free trials into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion and MRR.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team.
