FH Collective - Academy in Spain is seeking a results-driven German-speaking Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to subscription closes. The role is 100% remote from Spain after onboarding in Madrid with costs covered.

You will manage outbound calls, product demos, trials, and close new subscriptions while hitting ambitious targets. Base salary is €30,000 gross per year with uncapped commissions and a structured progression path.

Formación

• Native/fluent German
• Native or bilingual English
• Already residing in Spain – mandatory
• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
• Guide prospects during their free-trial period
• Convert free trials into paying customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion and MRR
• Maintain CRM and pipeline activity
• Handover to Customer Experience team
