FH Collective - Academy in Spain is seeking a results-driven German-speaking Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing subscriptions, in a fully remote role after onboarding in Madrid.

You will handle 80-100 outbound calls daily, qualify prospects, conduct meetings and product demos, manage free trials, and push for quarterly targets while tracking KPIs and maintaining CRM. Start dates listed.

Formación

• Native or fluent German required.
• English fluency required (native/bilingual).
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Background in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales or business development.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through their free-trial period and convert to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and track KPIs.
• Maintain a CRM and pipeline activity; ensure smooth handover to Customer Experience.
