FH Collective Academy is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to join its dynamic international sales team. This full-cycle role is fully remote from Spain after a 4-week onsite onboarding in Madrid, with a €30,000 gross annual base and uncapped commissions.

You'll manage the full sales cycle, prospect, demo, close and hit ambitious targets. Requirements include native-level German, fluent English, 1–6 years in sales, and residency in Spain.

Qualifikationen

• Native/fluent German required.
• Fluent English required.
• Residence in Spain mandatory.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Background in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales, cold calling, call centre sales, lead generation or business development.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through their free-trial period.
• Convert free trials into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion and MRR.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team.
