FH Collective Academy in Spain is hiring a results-driven German-speaking Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to subscription closing, in a fully remote role after initial onboarding in Madrid.

Expect a €30,000 gross yearly base, with uncapped commissions and clear progression. The role requires 80–100 outbound calls per day, native German and English, and the ability to work from Spain with some US-time-zone overlap.

Qualifikationen

• Native or fluent German required.
• Native or bilingual English required.
• Already residing in Spain – mandatory.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in account executive, outbound sales, or similar roles is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through their free-trial period and convert to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and track KPIs.
