FH Collective Academy is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing. This remote role in Spain involves managing client meetings, demos, and trials, with uncapped commissions on top of a €30,000 gross yearly base.

Onboarding starts with 4 weeks onsite in Madrid, costs covered, then you will work fully remotely from Spain. Expect 80–100 outbound calls daily, and performance-driven growth with clear KPIs and quarterly targets.

Formación

• Native German language skills.
• English language at native/bilingual level.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing.
• Ability to make 80–100 outbound calls per day.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription close.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through free-trial periods and convert to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and track key KPIs.
