FH Collective Academy is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to join our sales team in Spain. This fully remote role includes a €30,000 gross yearly base with uncapped commissions, onboarding in Madrid for 4 weeks, and US-hour alignment.

You will manage the full sales cycle, perform outbound prospecting, run product demos, and convert trials into paying subscriptions, while meeting ongoing targets in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent German and native/bilingual English required.
• 1–6 years of solid sales experience with B2B or tech products.
• Residing in Spain is mandatory; comfortable working remotely with US hours.

Responsabilités

• Manage full sales cycle from contact to close.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Lead client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through free trials to paid subscriptions.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets and track KPIs.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline activity; handover to CX team.
